Antwerp, Belgium - Argenta and Faktion partner up as one integrated team to shape the next chapter of customer-centric banking in the age of AI. Together, they combine Argenta’s warm, human-first approach with Faktion’s proven experience in building reliable, evaluation-driven AI systems for banks, insurers, and financial institutions.

Argenta continues to differentiate itself with a uniquely customer-first approach and is now exploring how AI agents can responsibly augment digital interactions to become more personal, intuitive, and proactive without losing the warmth that defines the brand.

Faktion complements Argenta’s expertise by accelerating the shaping and delivery of agentic AI capabilities and strengthening Argenta’s internal AI capabilities. With both teams based in Antwerp, the collaboration has grown into a close, high-trust environment where specialists from each side work seamlessly as one multidisciplinary group.

This is part of Faktion’s AI Capabilities, as a Service model where AI engineers and strategists are embedded directly within Argenta’s teams. The integrated team is responsible for jointly designing, developing, and evaluating emerging agentic capabilities inside Argenta’s secure environment.

Laying the foundation for smarter, more personal banking experiences

The integrated team has turned its attention to a suite of high-value use cases designed to elevate the customer experience across digital channels:

  • Understanding customer requests instantly & accurately:
    The team is developing systems that can interpret customer requests, map intent to action, and determine the optimal journey with minimal friction.
  • Context-aware engagement journeys:
    Rather than generic flows, the aim is to create dynamic digital experiences that adapt to individual customer profiles, history, and real-time context, making self-service feel personal and intelligent.
  • Turning banking tasks into simple conversations:
    Assistant-driven conversations are being trialled to support users in decision-making or process initiation while maintaining oversight, transparency, and compliance in the regulated banking environment.
